Getting Married in Cuba

If you dream of waterfalls and rainforests, lush green hills, immaculate beaches, mountain ranges, and vibrant cities that offer wonderful wedding venues, a destination wedding in Cuba may be the perfect solution.  Cuba is the largest and most populous island in the Caribbean and offers some magnificent places for a wedding ceremony.

Marriage Requirements


 Couples will need valid passports as well as tourist cards.  A Spanish translation of your birth certificates will need to be performed and you will also need divorce / marriage / death certificates, which must be certified by a notary public as well as legalized by the Cuban consulate in India.  You’ll be required to list the names of both parties including names, occupations, address, education, plus the nationality and full names of parents.  You’ll then need to attach the list to a copy of your passport photo and fax the documents in both Spanish and English to your Cuban hotel no less than three weeks prior to your arrival in Cuba.  Also, bring the original documents with you.  To gather more information, please click HERE.
