If your dream wedding is wedding in Italy, you’ll find that it is fairly easy to wed in Italy, and much of the paperwork you’ll need to complete can be done before you get to the country.  You will need to declare an intent to get married at the Marriage Office at the district in where you will wed.  Once you do this, you will need to wait four days until you can get married.  You will need to have valid passports, proof on of entry into Italy, along with a certificate of No Impediment.  You will also need an affidavit that state both of you are single, which has been witnessed by two people.
