Getting married in St. Barts is a bit more difficult than other Caribbean Islands you will need to obtain a residency card which means you and your spouse to be must live in St. Barts for no less than one month prior to getting married.  Your marital status must also be certified within a Letter of Good Conduct and medical certificates, along with blood results within three months of your intended wedding date.  All documents must also be translated and certified into French.  There are no costs to get married.  To gather more information, please click HERE.
