Grenadines is one of the easiest of the Caribbean Islands to tie the knot, as couples do not need much more than valid passports, birth certificates and ongoing airline tickets.  Couples must have been in Grenadines for no less than 24 hours from their arrival before they are able to apply to wed.   You’ll need to head over to the Solicitor General’s office in St. Vincent to get an application.  From there, you will go, with your application to the Registrar or Ministry of Justice in St. Vincent to obtain revenue stamp approval.  The couple must name two witnesses to be at their ceremony.  The cost of the Marriage License is uS$7.50 with a seven day notice or US$185 with a 24 hour notice.  A cost of US$1.84 will be added for stamps for the application and US$5.52 revenue stamp.
